My 4-week workout plan is designed to help you build a solid fitness foundation. It includes four workouts per week, focusing on mobility and flexibility, strength development, and unilateral exercises for structural balance and injury prevention. The program follows an undulating periodization model, meaning the reps, sets, and total volume change each week to keep your body adapting and progressing.
