What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a discovery process. It's about discovering what motivates you, identifying what's working and what's not, and leveraging your strengths to achieve your goals. My role as a coach is not to tell you what to do, but to guide you so you can find the answers yourself.

The Coaching Process
Discovery Phase:

We begin by narrowing in on a vision for yourself.

We'll create three-month behavioral goals around that vision and weekly goals to help you practice these behaviors regularly.

These consistent behaviors will help you realize your vision.
Holistic Approach:

We look at every aspect of your health, including nutrition, exercise, occupation, stress management, and more.

You decide what you want to focus on.
Ongoing Support:

We'll meet weekly to review and adjust your goals until you feel confident to transition to bi-weekly sessions.

Once you're comfortable, we'll switch to check-ins as needed.

Recommended: $300 a month weekly sessions until you have reached your goals and feel confident that you can progress with less support.
